Shipping & Returns
Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your Honeylux purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund. We are delighted to offer complimentary returns for all domestic Hlux.us orders. If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.
Only products purchased on Hlux.us may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept empty jars or nearly empty jars for refund or exchange.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 551 246 0553 for a pre-paid Fedex return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
